Reassessment/depreciation of Rights and Long-term liabilities due to changes in lease terms

1. Click the Calc Usage Rights and Long-term Liabilities button on the panel of the corresponding lease object. A dialog box will appear, similar to the one used for the initial calculation of obligations and terms.
2. Set the Making changes to existing calculations flag to "Yes".
3. Click OK.

The system will analyze the Leasing Calculation List for discrepancies between the book value at the end of the last closed period and the book value at the beginning of the first open period, and display them in the corresponding columns of the financial journal. Only open Leasing Objects are included in the calculation, i.e. those for which the Actual Leasing End Date is not filled in. The created rows of the financial journal are ready for posting.
