eSigning of Documents
This function allows you to sign a document using the Diia app or an electronic digital signature.
eSigning Settings
To sign documents with a digital signature, you need to configure the settings on the eSign Setup page. To do this:
- Click the
button, which will open the Search function and enter eSign Setup, then click the corresponding link.
- On the eSign Setup page, fill in the fields listed in the table below:
Field | Description |

Signing Service URL | Enter the URL of the signing service. |
Service Token | Enter the service token. |
Private Key Store | Select the type of private key storage for which the signature is being configured by default. |
Diia Service URL | Enter the URL of the Diia service. |
Diia Partner Service URL | Enter the URL of the Diia partner service. |
Diia Partner Service Token | Enter the Diia partner service token. |
Diia Branch Id | Enter the Diia account code. |
Diia Offer Id | Enter the authorization code for the selected employee if such a document is used to grant signing rights. |
Diia Auth Branch Id | Enter the authorization code from the Diia account. |
Diia Auth Offer Id | Enter the authorization code for the Diia offer. |
eSigning a Document Using the Diia App
- Click the
button, which will open the Search function and enter Sign Files, then click the corresponding link.
- Click the Add Files menu button (previously create or open the document for which you need to add a signature).
- Click the Sign Files menu button.
- Fill in the following fields:

- Click Next.
- Scan the QR code using the Diia app and follow the instructions to confirm signing.
- After authentication in the app, click the Sign button.
- The document is successfully signed. If you need to download the signed file, click Manage > Download Signature in the menu. Then click Done.
Signing a document using a digital key
- Click the
button and type Sign file, then follow the corresponding link.
- Click the Add file menu button (previously create or open the document that needs to be signed).
- Click the Sign file menu button.
- Fill in the following fields:

- Click Next.
- Add the file with the digital key and enter the password for the digital key.
- Click Sign.
- The document has been successfully signed. If you need to download the signed file, click Manage > Download signature in the menu. Then click Done.
