Positions
Path: Administration/Positions
Position - a job position associated with a specific range of duties of a company employee. For example, a category 1 design engineer, an accountant, etc. Each position corresponds to one line of the directory containing information describing this position. On the General tab, general information characterizing the position is filled in.

| No. | The position number (code) is provided automatically in accordance with the specified number series (General Module Setup scenario). |
| Parent Position No. | The number of the senior (in terms of subordination) position. Please note that the system does not implement control over the hierarchical subordination of positions within the organization. |
| Org. Unit Code | The code of the subdivision in which the position is open. |
| Org. Unit Name | The name of the subdivision in which the position is open. When filling in the code, the subdivision is filled in automatically. |
| Job Title Code | The code of the job of the open position. |
| Job Title Name | The name of the job of the open position. It is filled in automatically upon filling in the job code. |
| Opening Reason | A text field where you can specify the reasons for opening the position. The field is not required. |
| Note | A text field where you can enter an arbitrary comment. |
| Approval date | The position approval date is filled in automatically when approving the position (Actions - Functions - Approve) and is not available for editing. If the position has been processed for approval several times, the last date will be indicated in the field. |
| Starting Date | The start date of the position. This field is required. |
| Indexation Starting Date | The indexation start date. Specified during data import. By default, it is filled in based on the start date. |
| Ending Date | The end date of the position. The field may be empty. This means that the position is open indefinitely. |
| Out-of-Staff | This field must be enabled if a freelance employee is to be hired for the position. For such positions, a labor contract of the "Civil Contract" type can only be issued. |
| Rate | The number of rates open for this position. Please note that for actual positions, the field value cannot exceed 1. |
| Filled rates | The field is filled in only for actual positions and reflects the occupancy of the current position. |
| Budget Position No. | The field is filled in automatically only for actual positions and displays the budget position code if the actual position was created from the budget position. The values in the field can be changed manually. If the work position is not linked to a budget position, the field will remain empty. |
| Status | The field displays the position status. Planned – the position has been created but is not yet included in the staffing list, changes can be made to the position. Approved – the position has been approved, included in the staffing list and cannot be changed. Closed – the position is closed. Please note that a position cannot be closed if it has subordinate positions. |
| Organization size | The field is not editable and displays the number of positions subordinate to this position. |
| Newly Created Workplace | The field is filled only for actual positions and is used in reports. |
The Administration tab is used to enter information that will be common to all employees holding this position, regardless of department, etc.

| Calendar code | Code of the work calendar set for this position. |
| Working time norm | Code of the working time norm set for this position. |
| Calculation group code | Code of the calculation group set for this position by default. |
| Posting group - salary | Code of the salary posting group in this position. The specified posting group will be copied to the card of the employee hired for this position. |
| Statistical Group Code | Code of the statistics group for this position. The specified statistical group code will be copied to the employee card. |
| Kind of Work | Type of work to which this position belongs: Permanent, Temporary, Seasonal. |
| Conditions of Work | Type of working conditions to which this position belongs. |
In the Salary tab, enter information defining the type and amount of payment established for this position.

| Base payroll element code | Payroll element code that defines the base salary of the employee hired for this position. |
| Base salary | The amount of the base salary of the employee hired for this position. |
By clicking the Fill from the profession classifier button, you can open the directory page and transfer the value from it to the position. If the Name is already specified on the position card, a filter by this value will be set when the page is opened.
After selecting a record in the directory and clicking OK, the data will be transferred to the position card. On the Related tab, for each position, Default contract conditions can be defined that are specific only to this position. These conditions will be used to generate labor contracts for employees holding this position by default. The Working Conditions scenario contains more detailed information on defining working conditions for various elements of the organizational structure. The position can be deleted if it was not used in the lines of labor contracts. The values of the Name Conjugation directory can be used to generate the text of the HR order and use it in the printed form of the order, which is configured using Word-layout. It is necessary to create lines for each case: genitive, accusative, dative and conjugate the job title.

The directory can be imported from the site and used when creating positions for the organization.
Employee Categories
Path: Administration / Employee Categories
On the Related tab, "Default Contract Terms" can be defined for each category. These terms will be used when generating labor contracts for employees of this category by default. The Employment Conditions scenario contains more detailed information on defining the employment conditions of various elements of the organizational structure. In addition, these values can be used to set a filter by employees, for example, when generating payroll documents.
Employee Statistics Groups

For the purposes of additional classification of employees used when generating various reports and setting filters by employees, the Employee Statistical Groups directory is used.
