Item Application Chain
With the Item Application Chain page, you can view item applications by operations. This page is useful if you need to view original item entries for the selected entry and analyze the posted cost of the item.
To go to the page:
- Choose the
icon, enter Item Ledger Entries, and then choose the related link.
- On the Item Ledger Entries page, select the entry for which you want to view the application and click Related > Application > Item Application Chain.
- On the page that opens, the item entries applied to the selected entry will be displayed. The selected entry will be displayed in bold. For applied entries, the quantity applied to the selected item entry will be displayed in the Applied Quantity field.
Tracking UKTZED code along the Item Application Chain
In order to track and compare the UKTZED Code for item operations in the system, you can display this field on the pages of the relevant documents using the Personalization function. The value of the UKTZED Code is displayed both in non-posted and posted documents, as well as in the Item Ledger Entry.
In a non-posted document, by default, the UKTZED Code value will be pulled from the item or FA card. If the document line indicates application to/from an item entry, then the UKTZED Code value will be taken from this entry.
Thus, on the Item Application Chain page, you can see whether the UKTZED Codes coincide in the entries applied to each other.
