Setting the method of receiving data from the YouControl portal
By default, the functionality is configured to receive data from the YouControl online service, with simultaneous updating of data from the registers. Additionally, to configure this method of receiving data, on the page “YouControl Integration Setup” on the “General” tab, fill in the values of the "Request Delay (ms)" and "Request Resend Count" fields.
When you send a request in this way, the YouControl portal sends a request to receive data from the registry. If the API returns a response that the data update from the registry is expected, a delay is performed for the time specified in the “Request Delay (ms)” field and a second request for data reading is sent. This step is repeated the number of times specified in the “Request Resend Count” field.
For requests that do not require additional data refreshing from the registry (retrieval of data from the YouControl archive), you can enable the “Show Current Data” checkbox on the "Customer Setup" or "Vendor Setup" tab.
This will reduce the number of requests from the YouControl online service. Such requests include the following types of registries:
- United State Register
- VAT payer Info
- VAT payer Cancel
- Single Tax payer
- Court Document
- Express Analysis
- Aggressor Analysis
