17.3. Pension Elements Adding

For New Employee, it is useful to add Pension Elements on Labor Contract Terms Setup Page (navigate from Person Card):

  1. Pension Elements Filter should be added on Payroll Reports Setup Page.
  2. By using Add Pension Elements Report, Filtered Pension Elements can be added on Labor Contract Terms Setup Page.

For existing Employee, Pension Elements can be added/closed by using Add/Close Pension Elements Report on Employee Journal Page.

As the result, Pension Program Member Boolean Field on Employee Page is TRUE, if any related Payroll Element Ledger Entry by Pension Elements Filter exists.
