In BC19, it is possible to customize the rules and restrictions that are used when calculating sick leaves. They are divided into four groups:

• Payment Percent - determines the percentage of sick leave payment.

• Salary limits - defines the minimum and maximum limits for the payment of sick leaves.

• Sick leave care - defines the maximum number of days and percentage of pay for sick leave to care for a family member.

• Payment Source - defines the number of days paid by the employer.

When using the rules, the "Type of sick leave" specified in the order is considered. If there is no setting for the type of sick leave specified in the order, a setting is used in which "Type of sick leave" is set to "All".

Considering the legal requirements of Georgia, can be set restriction on Sick Leave Order posting, if Sick Leave imposed:

• 40 days in sequence.

• 60 days during a six-month period.

For restriction need to add two lines in Sick Leave Setup, with Types: “Salary Limits” and “Sick Leave Care”, relevant Starting Date, Sick Leave Type, Payment Percentage, Sick Leave Period “6M”, Max. Days Per Period “60”, Max. Days in sequence “40”, Max. Days per Document “40”
