"Average Headcount Indicator"

The report is intended for calculating and analyzing average headcount indicators for employees for the selected period, as well as statistical indicators of workforce size, full-time equivalent, and worked-hour fund. The result is generated by employee with details for each calendar day of the period and final totals. The report can be generated by the selected parameter with the option to apply a filter by a specific department or AT Classifier.
Starting the report generation

| Start Date | The start date of the period for which the indicator is calculated. |
| End Date | The end date of the period for which the indicator is calculated. |
| Department | Allows generating the report only for employees of the selected department. |
| By Parameters | Defines the type of indicator that must be calculated. |
| AT Classifier | Allows generating the report for employees belonging to the selected AT Classifier. |
After clicking OK, the report is generated. The result can be viewed on the screen or exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis and processing.
Values of the "By Parameters" field

| Average Headcount of Staff Employees | Calculation of the average number of staff employees only. That is, the employee's position has Non-Staff = No specified. |
| Persons with Disabilities Only | Calculation of the indicator only for employees with disabilities. That is, the employee's position has Position for a Person with Disability = Yes specified. |
| With Additional Guarantees | Calculation of the indicator only for employees with additional employment guarantees. |
| Women | Calculation of the indicator only for female employees. |
| External Part-Time Employees | Calculation of the indicator only for employees working under labor contracts with the External Part-Time Employment type. |
| Internal Part-Time Employees | Calculation of the indicator only for employees working under labor contracts with the Internal Part-Time Employment type. |
| Civil Law Contract | Calculation of the indicator only for persons working under civil law contracts. |
| Average Headcount | Average number of the company's employees. The indicator includes staff employees, external part-time employees, and persons working under civil law contracts. Employees on maternity leave or childcare leave are not included in the indicator. |
| Average Headcount FTE | Average number of employees in full-time equivalent. Calculated based on actual worked time relative to the standard working time for the relevant period. Overtime hours are not included in the FTE calculation. For employees who are not assigned a summarized working time calendar, the standard working time is determined according to the standard calendar from the Human Resources Setup. For employees with a summarized working time calendar, the individual standard is determined directly by their assigned payroll calendar. Worked time is determined according to the time activity group specified in the Average Headcount FTE field of the Human Resources Setup. |
| Hour Fund | Number of paid employee-hours. The calculation includes worked time, paid leave, and other paid absences according to the time activity group specified in the Average Headcount (Hours) field of the Human Resources Setup. |

Specifics of calculating certain parameters
Average Headcount is formed based on the combination of the following employee categories:
- staff employees;
- external part-time employees;
- persons working under civil law contracts.
Average Headcount FTE
For each day of the reporting period, the indicator is determined as the ratio of actual worked hours to the standard working time for the corresponding day. If necessary, the employee's employment rate is taken into account according to the "Consider Employment Rate" setting of the Human Resources Setup. Overtime hours are not included in the calculation. For employees with a summarized working time calendar, the number of actual worked hours is reduced by the number of overtime hours determined by the overtime time activity code configured in the corresponding summarized working time calendar.
Hour Fund
For this parameter, the value of the Average Headcount Indicator column is not calculated. Only the total value in the Total column is used in the report.
