Item Net Amount Quantity Sheet
This report allows viewing the turnover of items in quantitative terms for the selected period.
To run the report:
- Select the
icon, enter the Item Net Amount Quantity Sheet, follow the link. - In the window that opens, select the following filters:
| Filter | Description |

| View By | Specifies by which period amounts will be displayed (day, week, month, quarter, year, accounting period). |
| Date Filter | Specifies the date or period for displaying information. |
| Item Filter | Specifies the item that will be used to filter the amounts in the window. |
| Location Filter | Specifies the warehouse for which the turnover will be displayed. |
| Global Dimension 1 Code | Specifies value of global dimension 1. |
| Global Dimension 2 Code | Specifies value of global dimension 2. |
| Sort Type | Determines the parameters and levels of grouping for displaying information. Possible options: Item-Location-Zone-Bin-Lot Location-Zone-Bin-Item-Lot |
| Show Item | Specifies whether detail level - Item will be displayed. |
| Show Variant Code | Specifies whether detail level - Variant Code will be displayed. |
| Show Location | Specifies whether detail level - Location will be displayed. |
| Show Zone Code | Specifies whether detail level - Zone Code will be displayed. |
| Show Bin Code | Specifies whether detail level - Bin Code will be displayed. |
| Show Lot | Specifies whether detail level - Lot will be displayed. |
| Show Serial No. | Specifies whether detail level - Serial No. will be displayed. |
On the Additional Filters tab, you can set additional filters for items and variant to display the required information. Filtering is possible on all fields from the item or variant card. Selected additional filters will be additionally displayed in the FactBox pane.
Item Net Quantity Sheet Lines display the item turnover during the period in quantitative terms, contain such information as:
- Item No;
- Item Name;
- Starting Quantity;
- Debit Quantity;
- Credit Quantity;
- End Quantity.
To view more detailed information on the quantity of the item, just click on the quantity and the window Item ledger Entries will open with the appropriate filters.
The Summaries tab displays turnover for the period in quantitative terms, shows the following information:
- quantity at the start of the period;
- quantity on the debit;
- quantity on the credit;
- quantity at the end of the period.
You can export the report data to Excel by clicking the 
button on the Item Net Quantity Sheet Lines.
