Creating Corrective Invoices

If you need to make changes to the posted purchase or sales credit memos, it is possible to create a corrective purchase or sale invoice that corresponds to the necessary changes. To enter valid credit memo data, you can create a corrective purchase or sale invoice from a posted credit memo or create an corrective invoice manually with an corrective attribute.

Note

If a posted credit memo has been fully or partially refunded, it cannot be edited.
