Inventory/Product Nomenclature (Products)

The inventory/product nomenclature (goods/works, services) contains information about the characteristics of the inventory/product (goods/works, services), including the inventory/product code, an indicator to identify whether the product is goods or works/services, description, unit of measure, valuation method, etc.

The data source is the Items directory. Only those items are exported for which there was a balance at the beginning of the report or turnover during the report period. Additionally, item charges that were accounted for during the report period are also exported.

Furthermore, the table includes Resources that were used during the report generation period, if they had a Work Type specified — the information is pulled from the work type card; if no work type is specified, the information is taken from the resource card.

When generating the preview table, the following fields are populated:

Product CodeSpecifies the code from the Ukrainian Classification of Foreign Economic Activity Goods (UCT ZED) / State Classifier of Products and Services (DKPP) (if available), or a unique inventory identifier defined by the business entity.
Product Category IdentifierSpecifies an indicator that allows identifying the product as goods or works/services.
DescriptionSpecifies the name of the inventory/product (goods/works, services).
Product Commodity CodeSpecifies the code from the Ukrainian Classification of Foreign Economic Activity Goods (UCT ZED) / State Classifier of Products and Services (DKPP) for import/export.
Valuation MethodSpecifies the method for determining the cost of inventories/products (goods/works, services).
Base Unit of MeasureSpecifies the physical quantity defined in units of measure for weight, volume, or other natural indicators of the quantity of inventories/products (goods/works, services), accepted for their quantitative representation.
Standard Unit of MeasureSpecifies the standard unit of measure used for this inventory/product (goods/works, services) in business and tax reporting. Not populated if only the base unit of measure (UOMBase) is used in accounting.
Conversion Factor from Standard to Base Unit of MeasureSpecifies the conversion factor from the standard unit of measure (UOMStandard) to the base unit of measure (UOMBase). Not populated if only the base unit of measure (UOMBase) is used in accounting.
