Closing the Settlement Period
The purpose of closing the settlement period is to prevent changes to the Leasing Calculation List for previous periods in case of changes in rental conditions.
Click the Closing the Settlement Period button on the panel of the corresponding rental object. Specify the conditions for closing the settlement period:

| Start Date | Specify the start of the period for which the closing will take place. |
| End Date | Specify the end of the period for which the closing will take place. |
| Filter by Leasing Object | Any filters on any fields of the Leasing Object card are selected for group closing. |
Click OK. The Period Closed field values for the closed periods will be set to "Yes", and the closed rows will be highlighted in bold black font.
If there are unclosed previous periods, the system will suggest closing all periods up to the specified End Date to prevent gaps when closing the period. If you encounter such a question, click "Yes".
