Filling in the Land section of the Leasing Object card
Fill in the fields of the "Land" tab of the created Leasing Object, according to the description below:
| Field | Description |

| Cadastral No. | Fill in the cadastral number of the corresponding land . The cadastral number may be repeated on different rental objects if the lessor owns a portion of the land. This field is mandatory if the Rental Type = Land. |
| Town (Village) Index | Fill in the index of the settlement to which the land belongs. |
| Town (Village) | Filled in automatically after filling in the city (village) index. |
| Agriefild Code | Specify the measurement number (field number) on which the land is located. This field should only be filled in if the company's field numbers are entered as measurements. |
| Code COATUU | Fill in the code of the territorial community to which the land belongs. |
| Land Area, ha | Specify the area of the land. |
| Share Of Land Allotment | Specify the share of the land owned by the lessor under this lease agreement. |
| Normative Monetory Valuation | Specify the full normative monetary valuation of the land, regardless of the Land share. |
| Authority Registering No.r | Specify the State registration number of the lease agreement (if available). |
| Authority Registering Date | Specify the date of state registration of the land (if available). |
| Region code | Specify the region code of the land. For example, 19 - Ternopil region. |
| Land Category Type No. | Specify the land category number. For example, pastures, arable land, etc. |
| Payment form | Specify the payment form. There are 2 options - cash and natural. |
| Bunch No. | Select the number of the natural payment set. This field is filled in only if the Payment form = Natural. |
| Bunch Name | Filled in automatically when filling in the Bunch No. |
| Customer No. Natural Bunch | Specify the customer for settlements in natural form. This field is filled in only if the Payment form = Natural. The natural payment customer is used for correct shipment of the expected products and posting of sales documents. |
| Agreement No. Natural Bunch | Specify the agreement number for the specified customer, under which the shipment of products will be made. |
| Natural Pay Location Code | Specify the warehouse from which the product is planned to be shipped as payment for shares. |
| Land Entitlement Document | In any form, specify the document and its details that confirm the lessor's property right to the land. |
