Changing the Landlord for a Leasing object

The function of changing the lessor is used in case of changing the Landlord (Vendor) for a certain Leasing object without changing the object itself and the calculations related to it.

Click the Lease Closure button on the panel of the corresponding Leasing object. Specify the conditions for closing the rental agreement on the form that opens:

Field	Description
Replacement Landlord	Check "Yes" to indicate the mandatory transfer of short-term and long-term obligations to this vendor and their contract.
Payable Transfer	Check "Yes" if you need to additionally transfer the debt on current (accrued) obligations to the vendor.
New Landlord Code	Select the new vendor to whom the balances on the accounts will be transferred.
New Leasing Agreement Code	Select the number of the new vendor's agreement to transfer the balances on the Leasing object.
