Step 1: On the Payroll Reports Setup page, set up report generation

In the settings, add or change the report template, as well as report generation algorithm (read the Report Setup scenario to learn more).

Setting up

  • The amount of tax emxemptions and benefits is set up with elements and fields corresponding to the Income Tax Amount calculation.
  • The benefit of the «Add amount» amount type is determined on the Salary Limits page. The benefit of the «Tax deductible» amount type is determined during the Income Tax Amount calculation. The benefit of the «Payroll amount» amount type is determined by the payroll element.
  • Income division by accrual periods is required.
  • For cases when there is Income Tax calculation for one period and accruals in different, multiple documents, the Calculation Method setting is required. This way it is possible to set up which benefit amount must be displayed in the report.

Step 2: Running report generation

The report generation is run from the HRP Declaration page by clicking Tax Exemptions and Benefits Report.

YearCalendar year for which the report is generated. The value must be specified manually.
QuarterQuarter for which the report is generated.

As a result, an Excel file of the report is generated.

Each report generation will be stored on the HRP Declaration page to check historical data. Later on, it will be possible to export the report by selected the line and reconcile the data.
