Step 1: On the Payroll Reports Setup page, set up report generation
In the setup, add or change the report template, as well as the report generation algorithm (the setup is described in more detail in the Report Setupscenario).
Setup peculiarities
- The amount of income is determined by the payroll element and function.
- The code of the type of activity for the purposes of compulsory medical insurance of contractors and the code of the type of activity for the purposes of compulsory state social insurance of contractors are set up on the Payroll Reports Setups page.
- Division of income by accrual periods is not required.
Step 2: Running report generation
THe report is run from the HRP Decl. page from the AZ HRP Decl. Contractors button.

| Field | Description |

| Year | Calendar year within which the report is generated. The value must be specified manually. |
| Quarter | Quarter for which the report is generated. |
As a result, an Excel file of the report will be generated. Each report generation will be saved on the HRP Decl. page to be able to check historical data. In the future, it will be possible to export the report by the selected line and reconcile the data.
