Step 1: Configure the Report Generation Settings on the Payroll Reports Page
In the settings, you need to add or modify the report template as well as the report generation algorithm (a detailed description of the settings process is provided in the Report Configuration scenario). Configuration Features:
- The sum of income exempt from social tax for unemployment is configured as an element.
- Income types 1.3 and 2.03 are not mandatory for all customers, while 9.0.1 is mandatory for all customers.
- Income must be categorized by accrual periods.
Step 2: Running the Report Generation
The report is generated from the Employee Declaration page using the Non-Contributed Income button.

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Year | The calendar year for which the report is generated. The value must be entered manually. |
| Quarter | The quarter for which the report is generated. |
The report result will be an Excel file. Each generated report will be stored on the Employee Declaration page for historical data verification. In the future, reports can be exported from the selected row for data reconciliation.
