Summary for GUS Z-06 Report on Employees, Salaries, and Working Time

Step 1: Payroll Reports Setup
On the "Payroll Reports Setup" page, in the "Poland Reporting" tab, a new option has been added to configure the settings required for generating the GUS Z-06 report. The GUS Annual Reports field allows to specify the appropriate report parameters that determine the data scope included in the statement.
Step 2: Launching Report Generation
The report generation process begins from the "Regulatory Reporting" area, in the "GUS Reports" section, using the "Z-06 Report" button. During generation, the user must fill in the key input fields:

| Reporting Date | Specify the date of the GUS Z-06 statement. |
After providing this information, the system generates the report in PDF or Word format. The document complies with the current guidelines of the Central Statistical Office (GUS) and can be used to submit the Z-06 Statement on Employment, Wages, and Working Time.
