DEK-1-0 Declaration for Monthly PFRON Contributions

Step 1: Payroll Reports Setup
On the Payroll Reports Setup page, in the Poland Reporting tab, you can configure the settings required to generate the DEK-1-0 Declaration. The PFRON Reports field allows you to specify the report parameters that determine the scope of data included in the report.
Step 2: Running the Report Generation
The process is launched from the Regulated Reports tab, in the PFRON Reports section, using the DEK-1-0 Report button. During generation, the user fills in the following key input data:

| Reporting Month | Specify the month for which the report is being prepared. |
| Reporting Date | Specify the date of the DEK-1-0 Declaration. |
After filling in the above information, the system generates a report in PDF or Word format. The document complies with the current guidelines of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (PFRON) and can be used to submit the DEK-1-0 declaration of monthly contributions to PFRON.
