INF-1 Declaration (PFRON)

Step 1: Payroll Reports Setup

On the Payroll Reports Setup page, in the Poland Reporting tab, you can configure the settings required to generate the INF-1 Declaration. The PFRON Reports field allows you to specify the report parameters that determine the scope of data included in the report.

Step 2: Running the Report Generation

The process is launched from the Regulated Reports tab, in the PFRON Reports section, using the INF-1 Report button. During generation, the user fills in the following key input data:

Field	Description
Reporting Month	Specify the month for which the report is being prepared.
Reporting Date	Specify the date of the INF-1 Declaration.

After filling in the above information, the system generates a report in PDF or Word format. The document complies with the current guidelines of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (PFRON) and can be used to submit the INF-1 declaration.
