Item Card

With the item card, you can control the information displayed in the item’s sales and purchase documents, such as description and price. You can also find product pricing, restocking, and posting options. For more information on creating and configuring new items, see Register New Items.

This page has the following fields related to the localization functionality:

Field	Description
Imported Item	This field indicates whether the item has been imported.
Package Type	In this field, it is manually indicated which type of packaging is used for the item. Used in waybill printed form.
Package Unit of Measure	In this field, you must select the unit that is used to pack the item from the already configured units of measurement. Used in waybill printed form.
Extended Description	This field defines the extended item description, allowing users to specify a detailed name for an item or service with a large number of symbols that don't fit in the "Description" or "Description 2" fields. Printed document forms use the value from the "Extended Description" field when it contains data; otherwise, they generate the description based on the "Description" field.

Ukraine Localization

To cover the Ukraine localization functionality, the following fields have been added to the page:

Field	Description
Customs Category Code (UKTZED / DKPP)	In this field, the item is assigned a code according to the Ukrainian Classification of Goods of Foreign Economic Activity or the State Classifier of Products and Services.
Privileges Code	This field contains the tax benefit code used during VAT calculation.
Brand Code	This field contains the brand code of the item.

Note
In the case of item tracking by lot and/or serial numbers, the Customs Category Code (UKTZED / DKPP) for the item may differ. To specify and store the Customs Categories code for a lot and/or serial, the Lot No. Information and Serial No. Information pages are used. These pages also contain the Imported Item indicator. If tracking is enabled for both lots and serial numbers, the Customs Categories code and the Imported Item indicator defined on the serial number will take priority. On the Lot No. Information page, the Country of Origin of the specific item lot is also specified. These fields are populated automatically from the posted purchase document when the Create SN Info on Posting and/or Create Lot No. Info on Posting toggles are enabled in the Item Tracking Code card. Otherwise, the fields are filled in manually by the user.
