Items

With the item card, you can control the information displayed in the item’s sales and purchase documents, such as description and price. You can also find product pricing, restocking, and posting options. For more information on creating and configuring new items, see Register New Items.

This page has the following fields related to the localization functionality:

Field	Description
Imported Item	This field indicates whether the item has been imported.
Package Type	In this field, it is manually indicated which type of packaging is used for the item. Used in waybill printed form.
Package Unit of Measure	In this field, you must select the unit that is used to pack the item from the already configured units of measurement. Used in waybill printed form.
Extended Description	This field defines the extended item description, allowing users to specify a detailed name for an item or service with a large number of symbols that don't fit in the "Description" or "Description 2" fields. Printed document forms use the value from the "Extended Description" field when it contains data; otherwise, they generate the description based on the "Description" field.
