ZUS ZWUA Insurance Deregistration
ZUS ZWUA Insurance Deregistration
Step 1: Starting report generation
The report is launched from the ZUS Declarations page using the ZWUA Insurance Deregistration button, or using the button with the same name on the Employee Card.
ZUS ZWUA Insurance Deregistration report start page
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Reporting Date | Specify the report date. The specified date is used in tag VI.p1 in the report XML file. |
| Deregistration | Specify "Yes" if the report is submitted for employee deregistration. |
| Data Change | The field value can only be specified when Deregistration = No. If the report is submitted for data change purposes, specify "Yes". |
In the filter area, you can specify the employee code or other filters to determine which employees should be included in the report.
The result of the report generation is:
- downloading the XML file;
- saving the report submission data on the ZUS Declarations page for verifying historical data. In the future, it is possible to re-export the generated report for data reconciliation.
- storing the submitted report data in the Employee Cards included in the report, on the ZUS Declarations tab;
- changing the status in the ZUS Registration Status field on the Employee Card to Sent for Deregistration (the status is changed only when the ZUS Registration Status on the Employee Card was Registered before generating the report).
On the ZUS Declarations page, as well as on the ZUS Declarations tab on the Employee Card, there is a Register button. Using this button, you can change the value of the ZUS Registration Status field on the Employee Card for the employee included in the report, from Sent for Deregistration to Deregistered.
