ZUS ZCNA Registration of Family Members for Health Insurance
ZUS ZCNA Family Members
Step 1: Starting report generation
The report is launched from the ZUS Declarations page using the ZCNA Family Members button, or using the button with the same name on the Employee Card.
ZUS ZCNA Family Members report start page.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Reporting Date | Specify the report date. The specified date is used in tag VI.p1 in the report XML file. |
| Registration | Specify "Yes" if the report is submitted for registration of the employee's relatives. Note that if the report is generated with Registration = Yes, the report covers employee relatives for whom a Natural Person Relative code is specified and who have a ZUS registration status of Empty or Registered. |
| Deregistration | Select "Yes" if the report is submitted for deregistration of the employee's relatives. Note that if the report is generated with Deregistration = Yes, the report covers employee relatives for whom a natural person relative code is specified; who have a ZUS registration status of Registered or Sent for Registration; and for whom the registration date is filled in the Insurance Registration Date field on the Employee Relatives page. |
In the filter area, you can specify the employee code for whose relatives you want to generate the declaration, or other filters to include in the declaration.
Note For the employee's relative declaration to be generated correctly, all required information must be completed on the Employee Relatives page. Additionally, if the user enters such information only for the purpose of maintaining data in the system (i.e., without the intention of registering the employee's relatives for insurance), it is necessary to create records without specifying the natural person relative code, i.e., a separate Person Card should not be created for the relative. If a relative needs to be registered or deregistered by generating a report in the system, a Person Card must be created for them, and the relative's person code should be linked on the Employee Relatives page for the corresponding record.
The result of the report generation is:
- downloading the XML file;
- saving the declaration submission data on the ZUS Declarations page for verifying historical data. In the future, it is possible to re-export the generated report for data reconciliation.
- saving the report submission data in the Employee Cards whose relatives were included in the report, on the ZUS Declarations tab (with details about the relatives included in the report).
- changing the status in the ZUS Registration Status field on the Employee Relatives page to the following statuses: if the declaration is generated with Registration = Yes, the relative's registration status changes to Sent for Registration (the status changes only if the ZUS Registration Status for the relative was set to Empty before generating the report). If the report is generated with Deregistration = Yes, the relative's registration status changes to Sent for Deregistration (the status changes only when the ZUS Registration Status for the relative was Registered before generating the report).
On the ZUS Declarations page, as well as on the ZUS Declarations tab on the Employee Card, there is a Register button. Using this button, you can change the value of the ZUS Registration Status field on the Employee Relatives page for relatives included in the report:
- If the report was generated with Registration = Yes, the status changes from Sent for Registration to Registered;
- If the report was generated with Deregistration = Yes, the status changes from Sent for Deregistration to Deregistered.
