Payer's Certificate (Z-3, Z-3A)

Step 1: Payroll Reports Setup

On the Payroll Reports Setup page, in the Poland Reporting tab, settings have been created to generate the Z-3 Payer's Certificate reports (in the Z-3 Certificate Code field) and Z-3A Payer's Certificate for Contract of Mandate (in the Z-3A Certificate Code field).

On the HRP Report Selection page, for the Sick Leave Z-3/Z-3A use case, the reports are listed as available to generate.

Step 2: Starting Report Generation

The report is launched from the Posted Paysheets page using the Reports - Sick Leave Z-3/Z-3A button. Before launching the report, you should position the cursor on the paysheet line containing the sick leave for which the report is to be generated.

After clicking the Reports - Sick Leave Z-3/Z-3A button, select the report form to be created.

The report can be generated in PDF/Word format.
