Bank Directories List

The bank directory shows a list of banking institutions and their branches. The information on this list can be updated automatically according to the official banks register of the NBU using a batch job.

Bank Directory Import

1. Choose the icon, enter Bank Directories List, and then choose the related link.
2. Choose the Update Bank Directories action on the Bank Directories list page.
3. Updating will be done automatically from the official NBU source. A completion message will be displayed upon successful import.

The list of banks and their branches will be updated according to the information from the official website of the National Bank of Ukraine on the date of data import.

You can also create the bank card manually. To do this, fill in the required fields on the Bank Directory Card page.

Using the Bank Directory

Bank directory list can be used to:

• Create a bank account card;
• Create a customer or vendor bank account.

To create Bank Account:

1. Choose the icon, enter Bank Accounts, and then choose the related link.
2. Select New.
3. On the Bank Account Card page, select bank in the Bank Code field.

Some fields will be filled out automatically according to the information from the Bank Directory for the selected bank.

The below procedure shows how to create customer bank account, but the procedure for a vendor is similar and starts from the Vendor card.

To create a customer bank account:

1. Choose the icon, enter Customers, and then choose the related link.
2. Select a customer from the list on the Customers page.
3. On the Customer Card page, select Navigate > Bank Accounts.
4. On the Customer Bank Account List page, select New. A new customer bank account card will open.
5. Enter a value in the Code field.
6. Select a required bank from the list in the Bank Code field. Some fields will be filled out automatically according to the information from the Bank Directory for the selected bank.
7. If necessary, fill out or edit the required fields on the page.
