WHT Tax Declaration

In order to create a WHT Tax Declaration, enter WHT Tax Declaration in the Search line. Report parameters page will open.

WHT Tax Declaration parametres

Enter the following parameters to get the report.

• Quarter - enter the last date of the quarter you need to report to the Tax authorities for.

• Version BTP - enter the latest BTP version number. You can find this number here: https://www.e-taxes.gov.az/

• Quantity of add-operations - enter the number of appendices to be filled in the Declaration.

• Declaration type - select one of the options (Current or Clarifying).

• Income Amount Element Code - enter the Payroll Element code which is set up for calculation of salary for Contractor employees.

• Income Tax Element Code - enter the Payroll Element code which is set up for calculation of Income Tax from Contractor employees salaries.

To get an XML file, click OK after filling in all parameters.

To view the created declaration in the XML format, import it into a local BTP system by Tax Service.
