Step 1: Report Generation Setup

To set up the report, go to Payroll Reports Setup.

The report consists of 2 reports.

For the Statistic Report of form 4, setup is required. In the setup, add or change a report template, as well as report generation algorithm (detailed description of the setup is available in the Report Setup scenario).

For the Statistic Report form 4 Annex 1 setup is also required. In the setup, add or change a report template, as well as report generation algorithm (detailed description of the setup is available in the Report Setup scenario).

Step 2: Running report generation

Reports are run from the HRP Statistic Reports page.

The report running page Statistic Report Form 4 and Statistic Report Form 4 Annex 1.

Field	Description
Period code	Month for which the report will be processed

As a result, an Excel form of the report will be generated.

Each report generation will be saved on the HRP Decl. page to be able to check historical data. In the future, it will be possible to export the report by the selected line and reconcile the data.
