“Company Organizational Structure” scenario
To view the hierarchical subordination of employees, use the Organizational structure page.
In the Subordination field at the top of the form, select the code of the position the subordinates of which you want to view. The code of the employee occupying this position will be set in the first line of the form. The following lines of the form will display their direct subordinates. To view the full hierarchy of subordination, select a field with a symbol and expand its lines with a mouse click (you can use the buttons in the menu on the page panel).

The page displays the following information about the company's organizational structure:

| Expand | Expand/collapse detailed information about employees subordinate to the employee whose position number is indicated in the form header. |
| Position No. | Employee position number. |
| Employee name(s) | Name of the employee holding this position. |
| Manager code | Position number (code) of the manager's position. |
| Size org. | The number of subordinate employees for position the number of which is specified in the current line. |
| Position code | Position code corresponding to the position the number of which is specified in the current line. |
| Position name | The name of the position corresponding to the position the number of which is specified in the current line. |
| Department code | The code of the department in which the position is open. |
| Department name | The name of the department in which the position is open. |
| Free | Value 1 means that the position is occupied, and 0 means that the position is free. |
| Max. rate | The maximum number of rates open for this position. |
| Rates Occupied | The number of rates occupied for this position. |
