General Orders scenario
Path: General Orders
Click the Create button. The fields are filled in as follows:
General Order page
Field | Description |
---|---|
No. | Filled in automatically according to settings of the Number Series List. |
Document Date | By default, the current date is entered, can be edited to the actual date. |
HR Order Date | By default, the current date is entered, can be edited to the actual date. |
Posting Date | By default, the current date is entered, can be edited to the actual date. |
Status | Document status, the field is filled in automatically and displays the current status of the document: • Open • Issued • Posted. |
Responsibility Center | Selected manually from the list. |
General order lines are added using buttons in the ribbon.
Get labor contract lines Get vacation requests Get vacation orders Get business trip orders Get orders for other absences Get journal lines Get orders according to the staffing list
The lines of General Orders are built from the fields:

Field | Description |
---|---|
Source Type Filter | Field Value defines the type of data source. |
Line type | Line type depending on source type: • Hiring. • Movement. • Combination. • Dismissal • Vacation • Business trip • Other absences • Empty (from journal lines) • etc. |
Source document number | Order numbers. |
Name | Name. |
Action | Taken from the orders. |
Cancelled | Set automatically when canceling an order document. |
After filling out the document, Release it (Process – Release), then post it (Process – Post).
