According to the law, the decision to assign financial support (temporary disability assistance, maternity benefits, funeral assistance) and the provision of social services are made by a special body, the Commission (authorized) for social insurance based on the FSI Commission Protocol.

Report generation setup

Path: Excel templates.

Check for or add a report template on the Excel Templates page in the appropriate line. To import a template or replace an existing template, click the Import template... button.

Running report generation

Path: Reports / Regulated Reporting / FSI Commission Protocol

Field	Description
Period	Specify the payroll period for which the report will be generated.
Protocol No.	Protocol number.
Protocol date	Protocol date.
Chairman of the Commission	Indicate the employee code, full name is filled in automatically, the data is included in the report in the “Chairman of the Commission” field.
Deputy Chairman of the Commission	Indicate the employee code, full name is filled in automatically, the data is included in the report in the “Deputy Chairman of the Commission” field.
Members of the Commission	Indicate the employee code, full name is filled in automatically, the data is included in the report in the “Members of the Commission” field (the maximum number of people in the Commission is 3).

After clicking OK, the report is generated in the Excel format.
