“Payroll Limits” scenario
Path: Administration / Payroll Limits
The data from the payroll limits directory is analyzed in algorithms, calculations and reports, which provide for their use in accordance with the law.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Type | Limit type. MROT. Minimum wage (minimum salary). Minimum wage is the statutory wage for simple, unskilled labor, below which payment cannot be made for the work performed by the employee – the monthly labor standard (volume of work). MROT hour. Minimum wage per hour (hourly minimum wage). Minimum hourly wage is the statutory wage for simple, unskilled labor, below which payment for the work performed by the employee cannot be made – the hourly labor standard (volume of work). Unified social contribution limit is the maximum value of the accrual base for the unified social contribution – the maximum amount of income of the insured person, equal to 25 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established by law, on which the unified social contribution is accrued. Indexation threshold is the threshold value that is used to calculate the consumer price index. Subsistence Minimum is the value sufficient to ensure the normal functioning of the human body. |
Payroll Period | The period for which the limit applies. Please note that for which period from the line of the payroll document the limit applies is determined by a specific function (the Payroll Calculation Functions scenario). For example, function number 21094026 looks at the minimum wage value for the Accrual Period (Period from), and function 271 looks at the minimum wage value for the Period Code (Period in). |
Amount/Value | Numeric value of the limit. |
After the value of a certain limit type comes into effect (according to regulatory and legal acts), the user must add it to this directory. A new value is created by clicking the Create button on the toolbar.
