“Insured Service” scenario
Adding existing insured service
Path: Persons
The insurance service that the employee had before being hired at our organization is added through the Work History button from the person’s card. For each employer, create a record indicating the periods of work and periods for calculating the insured service. Please note that the period of insured service may be shorter or longer than the period of work.
Accounting for insured service at the current place of work You can view the employee’s insured service by clicking the Length of Service button from the Employee Card. If the Use Insured Service Data setting is not enabled (set to No), then the insured service is calculated from the date of hire of the employee to the date in the As of date field, that is, it is considered that the entire period of work is included in the insured service in full. If the employee was rehired, the length of service is calculated by the person taking into account the previous appointment in the current organization. If the Use Insured Service Data** setting is enabled (set to Yes), then the insurance period is calculated based on the data of the posted insurance premiums (Unified Social Contributions, USC).
For each period, the inclusion factor is calculated by dividing the base of the element with the USC type from the payroll document (posted document) and the size of the Minimum salary for the period. For each line with the USC type, an inclusion factor calculation will be created, which cannot be greater than 1. The inclusion factor of a period is calculated by adding the inclusion factors of all its lines. Accordingly, a specific month is included in the insured service either in full (factor 1) or partially (factor <1). Please note that the Insured Service Data table is filled out by the calculation function when calculating a payroll element with USC type in a payroll document. If the employee was rehired, then the insured service is calculated taking into account earnings from a previous appointment in the current organization.
