Then approve the budget position by clicking Approve. To create a copy of the position, use the Copy Position functionality specifying the number of copies required. To be able to modify the position, it must be in the Planned status. When closing a position, Used Rate must be 0. All required actions will be taken automatically, and a new non-posted order will be generated in the system, an exact copy of the cancelled one. Such notification should be submitted at the beginning of the employee's work under the concluded employment contract.
