"Reservation Statement/Notice" scenario

According to Resolution No. 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 27, 2023, for the purpose of granting deferrals to military personnel, the Ministry of Economy directs the decision on the reservation of military personnel. A government body, local authority, enterprise, institution, and organization issue a Statement from the specified decision to the military personnel. Within five days from the date of issuing the Statement to the military personnel, government bodies, local authorities, enterprises, institutions, and organizations send a Notice about the reservation of the military personnel to the territorial recruitment and social support center, where the military personnel is registered (the relevant unit of the Central Directorate and/or regional units of the SBU, the relevant unit of the Foreign Intelligence Service) for enrollment in the special military register.
