Reports are printed out using report selection setup for the type of document or operation:

When running printing, reports to be printed that are available in this setup can be selected on the pages (if there are 2 or more of them). For example, if two reports are specified for Hiring (a standard form in Excel and an arbitrary form in Word), when printing from a line, a page with report selection will be called.
