“Employee Hiring Notification” scenario

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 17, 2015 No. 413 approved the form of notification of hiring an employee, submitted by the owner of the enterprise, institution, organization or body (person) authorized by it or an individual to the territorial bodies of the State Fiscal Service at the place before the employee begins work under the concluded labor contract. To generate a report in an XML file on the Employee Hiring Notification page, enter the information necessary to generate the report.

In the Filter: Labor contract line area, specify the data of the new labor contract that should be displayed in the report:

Field	Description
Operation type	Specify the “Hire” operation type.
Contract No.	Specify the “Contract No.” for the contract the information about which should be included in the report.
Order Date	The date of drafting and registration of the hiring order must be indicated, and the information must be included in the report.

After clicking OK, specify the path to save the file. The Employee Hiring Notification report can be generated from the labor contract card (Path: Labor Contracts / Actions / Employee Hiring Notifications).

The generated xml file must be uploaded into the reporting program to be signed and subsequently submitted.
