According to the legislation, statistical reporting on labor is submitted by legal entities and their separate subdivisions departments, representative offices, workshops, sites located on a different territory than the main organization), regardless of ownership and organizational and legal forms of management, including public facilities, associations, trade unions, charitable organizations in which wages were calculated for permanent or temporary staff and contributions to social insurance funds are paid. Statistical reporting form No. 1-PV (month) is generated according to primary and accounting data, according to which accruals were made to employees and wages were calculated.

Running report generation

| Period | The payroll period during which the report is generated. |
| View | If the option is set to "Yes", then the report will be generated in Excel format, if the option is set to "No", then the report will be generated in xml format. |
| Deviation of the Number of Full-time Employees | If necessary, specify the reason for the deviation, which will be displayed in the Explanations section of the report. |
| Deviation of the Average Salary of Full-time Employees | If necessary, specify the reason for the deviation, which will be displayed in the Explanations section of the report. |
| Deviation of the Salary Debt | If necessary, specify the reason for the deviation, which will be displayed in the Explanations section of the report. |
Click ОК, and a report in Excel or xml format will be generated. The generated xml file must be uploaded to a reporting program to sign and further submit the report.
